In part 1 of this article, I outlined principles for effective Intercession for the nations the way I received it from the Lord.

I stated that effective Intercession for nations rest mainly on four pillars:

• Understanding the Season.
• Who are the men praying? (Quality of the Intercessors).
• Persistence that pays (You must pray until you prevail).
• What are the men praying? (If you are praying for mercy when the mood in heaven is for judgment you are in the way).

In part 1, I addressed the first two pillars. In Part 2, I addressed the third and fourth pillars. In Part 3 (The closing part), I intend to proceed to give Prayer Directions. This will contain recommended Prayers and Proclamations that heaven is expecting the hearing Church to make at this time.

We want to re-affirm again that there are seasons when those who execute God’s judgment are the favourites of God. Phinehas found favour with the Lord and gained everlasting approval and commendation when he was discerning enough to execute God’s judgment when heaven was crying for judgment.

He was rewarded with a Covenant of Peace and an everlasting Priesthood.

And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
