PASTORAL LETTER FOR THE FEAST OF PENTECOST

THE FEAST OF PENTECOST:

Greetings from the Revival Altar.

In God’s dealing with mankind, having a clear understanding of the times and seasons is vital if we are to gain speed.

Satan knows this and one way he hinders us is to obscure our understanding of the Biblical concept of times and seasons. (See Dan.7:25).

Following the chronology of creation, God created two great lights on the fourth Day for a purpose. This is what is written:

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:5  15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: [he made] the stars also (Gen.1:14-16).
